Is Strike Dabi FINALLY BALANCED After The NERFS In My Hero Ultra Rumble?

Strike Dabi is a character I often see people wanting nerfs for and he received some in the most recent Season 9 patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. The changes were to his beta and gamma reducing the damage he can do with them. Now while he can no longer get a free guard break without tuning he is still hitting quite hard with his typical combo. Not to mention his alpha still hits hard with good range and his gamma explosion is still a strong move as well. Because of this I’m curious to hear what all you feel about this change. The matches were chaotic which I hope you enjoy!
