This renovated carriage house was once an important mode of transportation from Britechester University to Britechester Proper. The Headmaster, professors and students alike traveled daily to and fro in a carriage service that existed in this now renovated carriage house.

While the exterior retains much of its original charm, the interior has been made over into an eclectic industrial style with a loft work space for an artist.
