The event was graced by H.E Samburu County Governor Lati Lelelit, who was the guest of honor accompanied by DG H.E Gabriel Lenengwesi ,Senetor Steve Lelegwe,Women Rep Pauline Lenguris, Samburu County Deputy Speaker, among other leaders ,M.C.As, CECs, C.Os, Samburu County Staff and beloved members of the South Horr community.
