Chicken Potato Croquettes
Ingredients:
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chicken fillets 500gm

Aloo (Potatoes) boiled and mashed 500gm
Breadcrumbs 1/2 Cup
Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbsp
Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or as required
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or as required
Garam masala powder (Whole Spice powder) 1 tsp
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1/2 Cup
Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2-3
Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 1/2 Bunch
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1/2 bunch

Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
Breadcrumbs as required
