{Ingredients}
King Fish-1/2Kg
Coconut Milk-2 Cups
Chilli Powder-2Tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp
Salt- As per Taste
Fennel Seeds-1/4 Tsp
Ginger-1Big piece
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Shallots- 2 Nos
Gambooge (Kudam Puli)- 3 Nos
Curry leaves-2 Nos
Green chili- 2Nos
Coconut Oil-2 Tsp
Method of Preparation
Ginger, Garlic, shallots & Fennel Seeds crushed together & keep it aside. Heat Oil in a mud pot add above crushed ingredients and saute well then add turmeric powder mix well then add chili powder and mix well add coconut milk add salt & Cambooge ( Kudam pulli) & boil well. Finally add Fish & cook for about 15 minutes in medium heat .Add Slit green Chilli & Curry leaves. Cook till a thick gravy reaches add 1Tsp of coconut Oil & curry leaves closed the pot with a lid , switch of the flame & keep it aside for 1 Hour . It will be more good if it sits for bit long. Our tasty fish Curry is ready for serving.
