Fire up the arm muscles! I drive a 1958 Leyland PD2 half cab, fitted with Leyland's own 0.680 diesel engine and a manual transmission. It only has synchromesh on third and fourth.
With unassisted steering as well, driving it was a challenge! Great fun though. Huge thanks to John Nolan the owner, Dave Jones for bus info and Hooton Park Hangars where you can see this and many other buses on their open days.
