Inside A Small, Open Plan Architect-Designed Cabin With Built in Furniture | Hunter Huon Valley, TAS

Hello and welcome back to todays tour of the recently opened Hunter Huon Valley in Glen Huon Tasmania.

Hunter Huon Valley is a luxury retreat in the southern forests of Tasmania comprising of three architect-designed open plan cabins. Todays tour is of Hunter 1, the first of their three cabins.

The cabins black cement cladding exterior gives way to a warm, modern and understated Tasmanian oak interior, where all furniture (with the exception of the Matt Black designed table), is built in.

Inside is a galley style kitchen complete with a wine fridge, a sitting area with built in storage underneath, a queen size built-in bed, deep stone composite bath, a luxurious bathroom, wood fire place and a balcony overlooking the Huon Valley to the north.

Large overhead skylights cover the bed and shower, making it possible to bathe and sleep under the stars from within the cabin.
