In this 4- part mini series, I’m making an all white, vintage-style wedding cake that’s completely gluten free and dairy free!
Part 1 focuses on crumb coating the 3 tiers:
• 10” Chocolate
• 8” Red Velvet
• 6” Vanilla
The buttercream was thinner than usual, so it made this process more challenging—but we got through it! This is a no-talking, relaxing cake build with music only.
Stay tuned for Part 2 (top coat and rebaking the top tier) and Part 3 (final decorating) Part 4 (venue setup)!
