What It's Like Living in Vancouver in the Spring

The first signs of spring often appear in mid-February in Vancouver. While the rest of Canada is often in deep freeze and still has many weeks (and sometimes months) of winter left, Vancouverites start seeing the end of the gloom.

In this video I share my excitement for the better days a head, and explore my thoughts on the signs of an early spring that I find all around me....giving you an idea of what living in Vancouver at this time of year is really like.

No, this one isn't from the confines of my basement studio.

The first day I was able to leave the house (comfortably) without a jacket inspired me to dust off my bike and wander the side streets of Vancouver as I discuss beautiful gardens, longer days, warmer weather, optimism, construction and yes, the Vancouver real estate market.
