I tore the entire dash apart looking for a bad emergency brake switch, thinking that if it had a switch that was NO or NC and was bad that could cause it. My thinking was if it had a bad switch the BCM could be turning on the headlights. I wasn't able to locate the emergency brake switch in the dash. I was about to take the steering column and lower drivers dash apart, when I removed the drivers lunch from the turn signal switch. I hopped out of the truck and walked to my truck to get some more tools and found the headlights to be off. Went back into the cab of the truck and put everything back the way I found it on the column and the headlights were back on. The drivers lunch bag had just enough weight to pull down the multi function switch, and turn on the high beams."
