केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने त्योहारों से पहले लोगों को बड़ी राहत दी है। इसका फायदा देश के हर वर्ग को मिलेगा। सरकार ने जीएसटी के तहत 4 स्लैब हटाकर 2 स्लैब (5%-18%) कर दिया है, तो वहीं सिन और लग्जरी प्रोडक्ट्स के लिए 40 फीसदी का स्पेशल स्लैब बनाया गया है। आम जनता के लिए कई जरूरी सामानों की कीमतें 22 सितंबर से कम हो जाएंगी। इनमें तमाम घरेलू और रोजमर्रा की इस्तेमाल होने वाली चीजें शामिल हैं, जैसे दूध, पनीर, टूथपेस्ट, शैम्पू, नमकीन और बिस्कुट से लेकर कपड़े तक जिनके दाम कम हो जाएंगे। हालांकि, कुछ ऐसी चीजे भी हैं, जो 22 सितंबर से महंगी हो जाएंगी।

The Modi government at the Centre has given a big relief to the people before the festivals. Every section of the country will benefit from this. The government has reduced the 4 slabs under GST to 2 slabs (5%-18%), while a special slab of 40% has been created for sin and luxury products. The prices of many essential items for the general public will come down from September 22. These include many household and everyday use items like milk, cheese, toothpaste, shampoo, namkeen and biscuits to clothes whose prices will come down. However, there are some things too which will become expensive from September 22.
