THEME: the character is sick with an incurable disease, but he/she has a best friend/sibling/girlfriend/boyfriend etc., who's supporting him/her in this difficult time. Soon the character dies from the disease and his/her friend/sibling/girlfriend/boyfriend is suffering, recollecting the memories about the deceased friend...
