Dufferin Mall sits at 900 Dufferin Street in Toronto’s Brockton Village. The site began as Dufferin Park Racetrack (1907–1955) before becoming an open-air plaza in 1956–57. It was enclosed and relaunched as Dufferin Mall around 1973. Encompassing about 567,000 sq ft across three levels, the mall hosts over 120 retail and service outlets—including big-box and fashion chains, plus a food court—and draws more than 10 million visitors annually, making it one of North America’s busiest per square foot.
