Recipe name-Veg daliya
Serving 2 people
Ingredients,list
oil/ghee ,1 tsp
jeera 1/4 tsp
Rai 1/4 tsp
spring onion/Onion 1/2 (finely chopped)
Green chilli 2 finely choppe
gajar 1/4 Cup finely chopped (carrot)
matar 1/4 cup (peas)
palak 1/4 cup (spinach)
tometo 1 small roughly chopped
louki (bottle gourd)1/2 cup finely chopped
salt as per taste,
daliya 1 small cup( 75 gram)
haldi 1/4 tsp
Maggi masala/red chilli powder+ dhaniya powder (optional)
water 4 cup
hara dhaniya chopped (coriander )
method add oil in a cooker add rai, jeera ,onion, chilli, add all veggies now add salt , tomato and cook for a minute now add haldi powder,daliya n mix well
add 4 cup water n cook for 10 min on medium flame (3 wissel )
