2020 Ford Ecosport. Customer stated her check engine light was on. Was not on when I got in but you still have to check for codes. Codes present were P0128 thermostat below threshold. P2601 Coolant pump stuck off
P2602 coolant pump circuit low. The last two are related. The thermostat is actually working but the engine coolant temp (ect) sensor is not operating like it should. Watch the video and I show you how to diagnose this. It is not always the thermostat nor is it always the ect. In this case it was the ect.
