2D Electromagnetic (EM) Finite Element Analysis (FEM) in Ansys Maxwell (previously Ansoft). This tutorial goes over how to simulate a 2D model in Maxwell. This includes setting up the material properties, setting up the excitation signals, creating circuit using the integrated SPICE simulator (Simplorer), defining and refining the mesh, setting up reports to view the results and error checking and troubleshooting.
