I am somewhat of a cameraman myself...
WARNING Do not use this command in co-op (at least in 1.2.0.8). Tried it today and my character got stuck completely, couldn't even open the menu
Command to toggle this mode is "ToggleCinematicCamera", enter this into the console (opened by F10 or ~)
