For over two decades, she has used anthropological theory, methods, and tools to help organizations see their businesses through fresh eyes, sparking transformation, innovation, and culture change.
Andi is the award-winning author of two influential books, and her third book was
published in 2023. She is working on her fourth book entitled Rethink Retirement.
