Orbital (Turze Hyperfocus Remix)

Darren Turze was one of the first to introduce me to a more eclectic musical landscape during my student years as a classical violinist, and changed my outlook on what music meant to me. His remix of Orbital takes the song to a different level, stripping it from some complexity and adding a hypnotic beat to its euphoric and climactic essence. He says ‘As soon as I heard the gorgeous Orbital track at the end of Violeta’s album, I knew I wanted to do something huge and expansive with it. It was an honour being given the opportunity to work with such beautiful material and to put my Turze stamp on this track.’

The beautiful visuals accompanying the track are by Steve Magiclantern. Steve has been a live VJ since 2005 and uses many different techniques both traditional and AI. This video was made using a tool called "deforum stable diffusion", improvised live layering techniques and original footage of "Orbital", creating a synergy between the real and the artificial.
