The shift from a real photo to an AI avatar represents how identity is formed, rewritten, and embodied through images, repetition, and meaning.

Just like in psychology, coaching, or hypnotherapy,

By repeatedly seeing yourself in a new form, new associations are created:
confidence, freedom, clarity, direction.
