Join me as I take a look at Broadway Commons Mall in Hicksville, New York.
This historic mall is set to be partially demolished and de-malled in the near future. The exact date for this is currently unknown.
With that in mind, would you consider this mall to be dead, dying or doing just fine? I'm honestly not sure.
This mall has also gone by the following names over the years:
Mid-Island Shopping Plaza
Mid-Island Plaza
Plaza at Mid-Island
Broadway Mall
Broadway Commons
The Shoppes on Broadway (to be named this in the future)
