One off video of the 08.35 Barnstaple to Exeter service (21st Nov 24) which entered a band of heavy snowfall in mid Devon. An already holed roof was taped off before things got more serous as the train ground to a halt in freezing fields with staff carrying ladders to exit the service, somehow it crunched through branches at 5mph to eventually reach Exeter before the line was closed until the following day, at the time of upload the Okehampton line remains closed with no scheduled reopening.
