In this high-pressure burst test, we compared the performance of a nylon sleeve and a polyester hose sleeve under intense pressure conditions. At 400 bar (5,800 PSI), a hose with no protective sleeve failed. The competitor’s nylon sleeve failed to contain the pressure, bursting at the ends. The Safeplast polyester sleeve, with a higher thread count, withstood the pressure and safely released liquid out the ends without any visible damage. Even at 700 bar (10,150 PSI), our polyester hose sleeve remained intact, proving its durability and superior hose burst protection.
