David has been actively campaigning against ,what he and many other Glaswegians consider as an absolute scandal ............the actual existence and ways of working of 'Community Safety Glasgow' .............. A 'Charity' formed not so long ago ........under the guidance of the Glasgow City Council and Police Scotland ..
You may have encounter 'Community ENFORCEMENT Officers out on patrol .................. sometimes in disguise /plain-clothes .... Sneeking up on over 18,000 individuals in the Govanhill area alone / last years statistics ............ issuing FPNs .Fixed Penalty Notices ..........£80 if you so much as let a tiny bit of paper fall to the ground ..without the chance or making amends and being given the chance to pick it up and finding a bin somewhere ........
The area where this video was filmed just so happens to be the 'Ward' were First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is MSP for ........... so no doubt that I will be accused of being anti-Scottish National Party ........which couldn't be further from the truth ........... As a bit of a political activist myself I consider it my public duty to highlight the state of Govanhill ........... You have heard the phrase 'The Buck Stops here' ............ Well who is to blame for the Conditions of squalor ............. I dare say Pubonic Plague is still kicking about ............ and many other horrible diseases ............ The Streets and back-courts of Govanhill are absolutely FUCKING HOWLING .........Filthy to the highest degree .

WHO DO YOU BLAME ? ............. The Local Housing .....The GCC ........ The Residents .... ????????? Blatantly racist comments are not welcome ..........try and be constructive ......and as posite as can be ...It's a solution WE WANT .................Not a rabble .....

Personally .......I think there is a secret plan to make the area that BAD .........that the 'Home-owners will be made to sell their Houses/Homes for peanuts to some newly formed Project that 'Compulsory Purchase' ' a large amount of properties .............many of whom will belong to nice up-standing folk .................who are going to be robbed of the true value of their homes ...............had the area been maintained by all concerned the way you would expect .............
