Chira are a type of food that is eaten in Bangladesh , India and Nepal. Chira are made from rice. To get a good taste of chira, you have to select a certain variety of rice. Chira can be eaten dry or wet. substances like water, milk and other liquids can easily absorb Chira. it is customary to eat dry chira with jaggery Patali. it is easily digestible.
