This time I will make an attempt to us my Trangia 27 as a wok and make chicken noodles outdoors. Will it work? Will it stick to the pot? Let's find out together.
Ingredients 1 serving:
1 package of noodles
1 schallotte onion
1 carrot
100 g diced chicken breast
1 red chili (optional)
100 g zuchini
fresh ginger
1 egg
50 g green soybeens
Wok sauce:
1 tbsp japanese soy
1 tbsp oyster soauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp apple cider vinager
½ tsp mirin
