Sous Vide and Seared Teres Major AKA Chuck Tender

This is probably the BEST cut of tender beef you will find outside of the tender loin! It is kind of hard to find unless you ask for it and your butcher may still not know what it is. These are really tender and more flavorful than a filet IMHO. Sous vide and a quick with the grill gun was perfect! the Black Garlic and Coffee Seasoning was AWESOME!
