In July 2025, the Greenpill Dev Guild introduced the Regenerative Stack – a four-layer framework for building regenerative systems across impact measurement, identity & reputation, capital allocation, and capital formation. Over the past year, we’ve tested this stack in the wild, wiring together real tools, real communities, and real funding flows.
In this session, we’re sharpening the focus and casting the spell from the ground up:
How do we scale regenerative systems starting with local impact, and grow all the way up to global capital?
🌱 What we cover in this talk
We’ll walk through how three core tools connect into a bottom-up regenerative engine:
Green Goods – an accessible, mobile-friendly app for documenting local biodiversity and land stewardship work (before/after photos, actions, metrics) so gardeners and operators can prove their impact.
Hypercerts – onchain certificates of impact that turn work and outcomes into reusable, composable public records.
Octant Vaults – yield-generating, regenerative capital pools that let communities fund public goods from yield instead of spending down treasuries.
Together, these form a pipeline where local actions → verifiable impact → onchain certificates → sustainable, community-owned funding engines for gardens, networks, and public goods projects around the world.
