In Chicago, officers receive a tip from local authorities about a possible smuggling attempt. They send in their canine unit to investigate a recent delivery. An American is found with a large amount of ammunition is his car, prompting a search for potential firearms. Meanwhile, at the border, officers go on a high speed chase after a vehicle skips secondary and a traveller coming from Canada triggers radiation alarms.
