Starting off Year 6 of the channel with a bang! Err...well, can it be a bang if you're a ninja? I mean, aren't ninjas supposed to be quiet? Anyway, somehow in the previous two hundred and twenty three episodes, I had yet to cover any of the six games in the Shinobi series on these consoles, so it was time to go ahead and get them on the schedule.
We start with the original Shinobi for the Master System, a game that I had played before doing the review, but only very briefly. Did the game hold up after I had a chance to do a deeper dive into it? Or is the Master System version as mediocre as some of the other ports of the game? Take a look to find out!
