Friction Feeder SF-12 Stand-Alone Batch Counter

The versatile SF-12 feeder is configured as a stand-alone batch counter, mounted on a mobile frame. It allows for easy batch set point entering, thanks to the on-board touch screen HMI, with totalizer function. Batches can be dispensed as multiple smaller increments (bundles), to suit various product fulfillment requirements. The catch tray facilitates the easy removal of the dispensed product, thanks to its operator friendly design. The catch tray is equipped with an optical sensor which initiates product dispensing as soon as the previously counted product bundle has been removed.
