DIY Garden Build - Building Raised Garden Beds (Part 4) // Bog Life

The day is here and we begin construction of our raised garden beds. I give a walk through of everything we did and all of the materials. We built one for the video and have continued. Another video featuring the finishing pieces will be in the future.

Materials: (for one 4’ x 8’ x 29” garden bed)
3 - 25” x 8’ corrugated metal roofing
10 - 2” x 4” x 8’ pressure treated wood
84 - 3” wood construction screws
76 - 1” 5/16” Hex washer head screws (I also used #8 x 1” self-piercing Lath Screws metal to wood when I ran out. Both worked well.)

Equipment:
Mitre saw w/ stand
Level
Drill
Proper bits for type of screws
Angle Grinder (With safety equipment)
