Immortality's story explained and narrative analysed. Immortality has been one of the hardest stories to explain to date! A game which blurs the lines between games, movies, and interactive stories and tells the rise and fall of actress Marissa Marcel.

Marissa was cast in Arthur Fischer's 1968 film Ambrosio, which was never released. She followed this with 1970's Minsky, a collaboration with Director of Photogrophy on Ambrosio, John Durick. The movie was never finished after a fatal accident on set. Marcel was not heard from for almost thirty years until reappearing in 1999's Two of Everything, directed by John Durick. This movie also never made it to the silver screen and Marissa Marcel was never heard from again.

In this video on Immortality's story explained, I uncover why Marissa disappeared and how her exit from Hollywood was more than a few unsuccessful films. If, like me and many others, you reached Immortality's credits not knowing what the hell just happened, I hope this video can help!
