Roasted chicken Vegetable Soup is more delicious
Take medium size chicken and wash thoroughly.
Then season with salt, pepper and apply some butter on top.
Roast the full chicken in the oven or Air fryer until it becomes nice golden brown colour.
Prepare your vegetables
Take a pan and place the roasted chicken in the pan
Pour about 4 -5 cups of water and boil.
When water is boiling, add vegetables
Make sure to add green vegetables at last.
Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder with so pepper and salt.
Add lemon or lime juice.
Finally add 1 cup of coconut milk.( it is optional but when you add coconut milk , consistency of your soup will be amazing and it gives you a great flavour.
