THE TWONKY is a nearly forgotten sci-fi comedy from 1953, based on a 1942 short story by writers Henry Kuttner and C. L. Moore, and staring the always wonderful Hans Conried as he contends with a faithful but troublesome robot helper from an uncertain future age.
The print presented here was taken from an uncut cable television airing in the late 2000s, given additional 'starry space' boarders for a faux-HD presentation. I hope you all enjoy this odd little gem.
