Warm up: 20-30seconds each 2 rounds
Squat & Reach
Pulse squat
Deep lunge rotation
Banded crab walk
Kickback
Workout
Sumo deadlift: 12/12/10/10/8/6 reps
Dead stop hip thrust: 10/10/8/6/6
Sumo DB lift into sumo pulse: 10 reps and 15 reps 3 sets
DB stiff-leg Deadlift: 12x4
Split Squat: 15x3 each leg
