中号鸡蛋 3个(每个约55-60/克)
奶油奶酪125克
牛奶 50克
无盐黄油 25克
低筋面粉 25克
玉米淀粉 10克
柠檬汁 10克
柠檬皮屑 1个
细砂糖 35克(打发蛋白用)
柠檬汁数滴 (打发蛋白用)
☘️**预热烤箱130C/265F
**130C/265F烘烤60分钟, 调至 150C/300F烘烤10分钟
☘️请根据您用的模具和自己烤箱来适当调整温度和时间。

This Japanese cheesecake melts in the mouth with delicate texture and a hint of lemon flavour.
🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️ 6 inch Japanese cheesecake
3 Medium eggs (55-60g/each)
Cream cheese 125g
Milk 50g
Unsalted butter 25g
Cake flour 25g
Corn flour 10g
Lemon Juice 10g
Lemon zest
Caster sugar 35g (for whipping egg whites)
Lemon juice (for whipping egg whites)
☘️** Preheat the oven to 130C/265F
**Bake at 130C/265F for 60 minutes, then turn to 150C/300F for 10 minutes
