What if Anakin Skywalker Married The Daughter, NOT Padme? Let’s explore the depths of it in the video.

As Anakin rests inside a Venator cruiser, he tosses and turns, unused to this environment. Although Obi-Wan advises him to get some rest, that does not come easily to him. So much has changed within him and in the galaxy.

In just a day, the galaxy is now at war. A war that will span across the entire Outer Rim, and with that, a thousand questions run through his mind about the Jedi and what they will do. How can they stop Dooku, and where did these clones come from? Although Palpatine and the Jedi promise to answer all these questions, it does little to put Anakin at ease.

But the war is not nearly as confusing as the feelings he’s been having within himself. Though he wishes to become a great Jedi, his feelings for Padme complicate things. He’s been hoping that spending time away from her and that this mission would come to an end would help with these feelings.

However, the opposite happened, and those feelings only grow stronger, and with every moment they are apart, he wants to be with her. He’s not sure about his feelings about the war, but he is certain about his feelings about Padme.

Anakin tries to close his eyes and get some rest. Sleep comes easily, but it does not bring peace. When he falls asleep, he finds himself in a forest, one like any other. The trees are lush and filled with fruit. They are the brightest shades that any farmer would have killed for, while the air is crisp and rich, filled with power that Anakin has ever encountered. It is as if the Force itself is flowing through these woods.

At the center of this forest is a young woman. Her hair is as lush as the greens around her, while her skin glows brightly, looking like an angel. She has her head bowed as if in a prayer, but then looks up to see Anakin there and offers him a smile.

Daughter: Welcome, young one. I did not expect to see you here so soon, but welcome to my grove.

Anakin: Who are you? How do you know me?

Daughter: How could I not, Chosen One? I am a friend. I wish to see you bring balance to the Force. But you will not find it in a galaxy filled with so much uncertainty. Please, allow me to help you.

Anakin: You wish to help me? Why should I trust you?

Daughter: My, you are rather distrustful for such a young man. But do not be so quick to dismiss aid when it is being offered freely. At the very least, you should meet me before deciding for yourself.

Anakin prepares to respond, but the vision of the Daughter fades away, leaving Anakin to wake up alone in his bunk. He looks around and tries to search for any sign of her. But find none. And yet that dream seems so compelling. Once he gets the chance, Anakin announces that he will be going on a scouting mission to investigate a nearby system.

When he arrives on Mortis, he finds the lush planet waiting for them. It is unlike anything Anakin’s ever seen, and he admires the world as he steps down. He makes his way around the forest until a figure approaches him from behind. It is the same woman from his dreams.

Anakin: A-are you an angel?

Daughter: Laughs. Charming, but no. I am simply a being of the Force. One of several that make their home here, but I am here to help you now. You have a great weight on your shoulders, so please allow me to help bear that burden with you.

Anakin: Why do you wanna help me?

Daughter: Because I am a being of the Force. One that thrives on the Light Side. This war will bring nothing but darkness, regardless of who wins. If you throw yourself into this conflict in such a state, you may lose yourself in the war, as will many others. I am here to prepare you, to teach you powers that not even the other Jedi know, if you will allow me.

Anakin: I do.

Daughter: Then we have much work to do.

The Daughter soon takes Anakin under his tutelage. For the next few weeks, they travel across her domain and experience the wonders of this world. It is not like what Anakin expected. While he sees much of the beauty he saw in his dreams, he also sees the chaotic and wilder parts of it.

Beyond the lush forests, he encounters wild beasts just waiting behind the bushes. The clear skies can turn violent in an instant, releasing powerful thunderstorms fueled by the Force energy itself.

Anakin learns that all of this is part of the Light Side. It is not about simply being good, he must be tough as well. These powers exist not just to preserve life, but to defend against the darkness.

The two learn by facing off against these challenges. Anakin stalks the wilderness, hunting and defeating the beasts that make their home on Mortis. When the weather turns bad, rather than seek shelter, the Daughter protects Anakin to help him learn to let the energy
