和聲書院創院院長畢業生榮譽金獎 - 得獎者巡禮：梁浩維校友 | Recipients of LWS Founding Master Gold Medal Award: Dr. Howard LEUNG

和聲書院創院院長畢業生榮譽金獎於2014年設立，是嘉許和聲書院學生的最高榮譽。書院每年會頒發予最多三位在學期間，表現全面且學業成績優異的應屆畢業生，並於書院畢業典禮上舉行頒獎儀式。

現為中大醫學院病理解剖及細胞學系名譽臨床助理教授的梁浩維醫生，是和聲書院的首批本科生及醫科生。當年書院院舍尚在興建階段，Howard在這個全新的環境中探索讀書以外的空間，造就自己成為「和聲合唱團」的首屆成員，並參與籌劃第一個大型表演；他亦在書院通識課堂中嘗試以嶄新的方式作演講，從中獲得本科學習以外的滿足感。大學期間累積下來的勇氣，成了Howard踏上病理學專科醫生道路的重要能量。

The Lee Woo Sing College Founding Master’s Gold Medal Award was established in 2014 and represents the highest accolade for WS students. Each year, the College presents the award to up to three graduating students who have demonstrated all-round excellence and outstanding academic performance during their time at university, with the presentation ceremony held at the College Graduation Ceremony.

Dr. Howard LEUNG (2016 / MEDUN), now an Honorary Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomical and Cellular Pathology at CUHK’s Faculty of Medicine, was among the first cohort of undergraduates and medical students at WS. Back when the College’s hostels were still under construction, Howard explored opportunities beyond his studies in this brand-new environment. He became a founding member of the College Choir and helped organise its first major performance; he also experimented with innovative approaches to presentations in the College’s general education classes, gaining a sense of fulfilment beyond academic learning. The courage he built during his university years became a vital source of strength on his path to becoming a specialist in pathology.
