Claire Richardson is a winemaker, changemaker, and entrepreneur who is passionate about wine, travel, and community development. Her journey began as a student at Texas A&M, where a transformative study abroad program ignited her desire to pursue winemaking. From harvest intern in Texas and New Zealand, to Assistant Winemaker, and now Winemaker at Uplift Vineyard, Claire has embraced each role with enthusiasm, intention, and a commitment to continuous learning. In 2024, Claire co-founded Grafted, a non-profit organization focused on enriching the community of women in wine. Grafted’s mission is to provide personal and professional development to women in the wine industry through empowerment, education, equity, and engagement. Claire is also the founder of Explore Oeno, a platform that dives deep into the world of wine through online engagement and curated wine and food experiences.
