The 24-Form (short Peking form) was arranged by the national sport commission of China 1956. The form is based on the Yang style. For the execution you will need an average of 3-4 minutes.

List of movements:
1. Commencing (Qǐshì, 起势), Preparation, Beginning
2. Part the Wild Horse's Mane (Zuǒyòu Yěmǎ Fēnzōng, 左右野马分鬃), LEFT and RIGHT
3. White Crane Spreads Its Wings (Báihè Lìangchì, 白鹤亮翅), Stork/Crane Reveals Its Wings
4. Brush Knee and Step Forward (Zuǒyòu Lōuxī Àobù, 左右搂膝拗步), Brush Knee and Twist Step, LEFT and RIGHT
5. Playing the Lute (Shǒuhūi Pípā, 手挥琵琶), Strum the Lute, Play Guitar

According to Kungfu Magazine (July 2000 issue) she was born in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, China in June 26, 1966. At the time of the article she had "won 32 gold medals, a record that has never been achieved by any other competitor". She has been a chief instructor at "US Wushu Center" in Portland, OR.
