Rather than treating curiosity as a childlike trait to outgrow, the talk reframes it as a lifelong practice — one that requires patience, humility, and space. Because curiosity doesn’t disappear when we stop asking questions. It disappears when we stop listening. And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is give curiosity the room it needs to breathe. Shruti Kolarkar is a visual designer and creativity mentor whose work bridges art, education, and imagination. With over a decade of experience in visual design and communication, she has worked across design studios, global organizations, and educational institutions, shaping stories through design and creative strategy that bring ideas to life. A gold medalist and university topper in Fine Arts, Shruti has also served as a lecturer and mentor, guiding young minds to think beyond conventional boundaries.

As a mother, her journey took on a deeper dimension when she began nurturing her children’s natural artistic expressions. Walking alongside her son as his creativity unfolded, she supported his exhibitions, global exposure, and creative growth—as a nurturer, protector, and believer in his voice. This experience reshaped her understanding of how imagination thrives when met with trust, space, and patience.
