Another Walk, another day trying to chill out. Newlyn is a working Harbour. It's always busy and the fishing industry there is very important. There is lots of colour, lots of activity and great opportunity for the seagulls. Unfortunately my Lumix camera still has some spots on the sensor-it's what's called a bridge camera but has to be diassembled somewhat to clean the sensor. Takes a professional to do it and is not cheap. Bad luck! Can't fix it for awhile. The last clip of the Mount is quite nice with a misty partial rainbow but two undesirable grey spot still there..Further on is Mousehole(Mouzel). It's under lockdown as is St.Ives and shops(cafes, pubs, restaurants) are only allowed to sell take away food. That covers all of England. Things are supposed to open up again on December 2. The virus epidemic has altered society quite a bit and even though several vacines have been created there is the problem of unwanted side effects. Kind of scares me! Those who volunteer as guinea pigs for the vaccines are quite brave as pharmaceutical drugs can be very dangerous but especially in this case since they have to be tested quickly. At least fishing is still going on. Social distancing,masks,etc.-that will be around for a long time. More people seem to be taking walks as the walks and the wildlife can be quite healing when times are tough. There was a bit of a rainbow! I hope to regain a rainbow in my life. Perhaps it will happen. Oddly enough rainbows only occur when the sky is grey and the sun shines and creates a beautiful bridge of colour!
