Ferrari 360 F1 DIY | Bleeding System, Hidden Filters & CS TCU Setup Explained

Learn the full Ferrari 360 & F430 F1 service: bleed both hydraulic blocks and the actuator, replace the hidden F1 pump filter, and run the CS TCU self-learn using a Foxwell NT530 so your shifts feel right again!

• Exact bleed points shown (upper bay block, lower trans block, actuator) and the order to run them
• How to disconnect the F1 pump connector to control priming safely before bleeding
• Hidden pump filter access with the spring-loaded 22 mm plug + swap to new filter element
• Actuator bleed trick: back out the 3 screws exactly two turns, run “Engagement Selection Bleeding,” watch for reservoir bubbles, repeat until clean

** NOTE **
The F1 Fluid reservoir has a built in mesh screen that you can attempt to clean
via brake cleaner, however the mesh screen is built into the reservoir and cannot be
removed or replaced. This usually results in replacing the reservoir entirely.
Once you remove the fluid from the reservoir take the time to remove it and
inspect and if possible clean it out or replace entirely if need be. Unfortunately I left
this part out when shooting the video.

When/If you pickup the Foxwell NT530, Please note you'll have to buy the Ferrari diagnostic module and install it on the SD card that the unit comes with. This will allow you to use the scan tool to talk to all the modules on the Car including the F1 system and both ECUs and others as well! VERY good alternative to some of the other aftermarket scan tools out there.
