A Chinese Neighbourhood - Exquisite Bay (4K Drone footage)

Background:
Exquisite Bay is a relatively new neighbourhood built in the vicinity of Songshan Lake.
Believe it or not, this is not technically a city in China. Its development on the ground has outpaced political classification. This whole area was a swamp about a decade ago, with a few villages scattered around. Today it is a tiny part of the enormous Greater Bay Area in Guangdong Province. Work is ongoing to connect this region directly to Hong Kong via Subway/Light Rail.
Songshan Lake is notable for being a major centre of operations for Huawei, which maintains multiple facilities in the area. The most high profile of these is its Songshan Lake R&D Campus, a huge lakeside complex built in the style of 12 European countries.
Notes:
All footage shot on Mavic Air 2, mostly using DJI stock ND16 filter on HDR mode, shooting at 25fps.
I am aware of some over-exposure in some clips, which I didn't manage to fix in post. I am hoping that some new ND filters (really need ND32 for bright days) and more experience with Adobe Premiere Pro will resolve this problem going forwards.
