It seems fitting that my first public channeled post is about having the freedom to be yourself! It’s taken me years of death cycles & breaking free to be able to share such alternative practices in sessions, group classes and now here with you 🙏

The spiritual journey is complex. It’s amazing to awaken to your gifts, but can be complex to learn how to best share them and enjoy them! This is the journey that YOU are on: learning how to best express your authenticity with the world.
