Highlights from the 21st edition of the Huntington Beach, Ca. Kite Party. This non-festival is a gathering of registered kite fliers who for two days (and maybe one more day on either side of the weekend) display both craft and skills for the benefit of the public. It happens on the same weekend in March as the time changes from Daylight Savings Time. There is no admission for the fliers or the public.
