The DLC for Assassin's Creed Shadows is titled Claws of Awaji and is available on September 16th, 2025, costing $25/€25 or free with pre-orders. It expands on the main game's story, concluding storylines related to Naoe's mother and a third unlocated box, and introduces a new island region to explore, featuring more challenging exploration, new enemy types with traps, and unique boss fights. The DLC also adds new legendary gear, skills, and weapons for both characters, including a new Bo staff for Naoe and unique perks for Yasuke.
