2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport: Start Up, Walkaround, Test Drive and Review

👋 The BMW X6 is an SUV with a coupe like profile! Check out the new 2023 BMW X6 xDrive40i in this full detailed review! The BMW X6 is the same size as the X5 but it has that sloping rear end for a cool coupe like design. This X6 also had the M Sport package which gives it better brakes, suspension and some nice cosmetics. The X6 base price is around $70k and as tested this one was spec'd closer to $78k. While this X6 might look black the Carbon Black Metallic looks very blue in the right light and actually looks pretty cool! I like the blacked out 22in wheels with blue brake calipers. And all the black trim gave this X6 an aggressive design. The interior had the Silverstone leather which really popped against the dark exterior and I really like the diamond pattern for the stitching. You can see the crystal shifter for a cool touch of style and nice trim all over the interior. For 2024 you'll get the massive 23in screen for the X6, while this 2023 still has the two individual screens. 2024 will also give the X6 a minor facelift with more aggressive headlight and bumpers. Driving the X6 was nice and comfortable. Peppy engine with plenty of power and a smooth transmission. The 8 speed delivers power well and I liked how well it drove. In Sport mode the X6 actually sounds pretty good and tightens up. Super comfortable ride in Comfort mode and this is a spacious SUV. Towing is about 7,700 pounds and this has plenty of ground clearance for off road driving. The X6 is a cool choice for a family SUV with a touch of style and I like the overall driving feeling.
