How to fall asleep fast? This video continues our series on how to help you fall asleep fast. Today's video discusses foods to avoid or limit close to bedtime in order to help you fall asleep fast.
Some of these foods and drinks may be obvious such as caffeinated beverages and fatty meals that can give you heartburn. But, we will make sure to review a few sneaky items, such as soda's you didn't realize had caffeine. Other "sneaky" heartburn producing goods. And even certain vegetables that can lead to stomach issues when eaten too close to bedtime.
